Halls Travels is my own little independent business, but I’m not flying solo! Most people ask me: “Are you ATOL protected?” — and the answer is yes, absolutely. But here’s the thing: when I put a custom package together for you, ATOL is only the start. You actually get four layers of protection all working together. Hardly anyone offers that, and it’s honestly what gives me peace of mind too.

Let me explain it simply — no jargon, promise:

• ✅ ATOL — The one you’ve heard of. If things go wrong with your travel provider, you get your money back, or if you’re already away, you’re brought home safely. The basics, covered.

• ✅ SFI (Supplier Failure Insurance) — Goes further. If your hotel, the transfer company, or any part of your trip stops trading? You’re covered. No losing money, no being stuck somewhere scrambling to pay twice.

• ✅ SAFI (Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance) — Specifically for your flights. If the airline goes bust? This covers getting you there — or getting you home — without you footing the bill again.

• ✅ PTRC (Package Travel Regulations) — This is your legal backup. It means your money is kept safe, your rights are clear, and everything I build is fully protected by UK law. Simple as that.
